IRF EVALUATION RAFTING GUIDE CLASS II-III-IV
DURATION: 2 days

THE COURSE
IRF assessments are for professional rafting guides who have some whitewater work experience. The level of certification depends both on the type of river where the IRF certification course will be carried out, and on the professional skills of the candidate.
REQUIREMENTS
– Being over 18 years
– Complete 8-hour first aid course (including CPR basics)
– Letter of recommendation from a rafting company
– Complete 8-hour first aid course (including CPR basics)
– Letter of recommendation from a rafting company
IRF TRIP LEADER EVALUATION CLASS II-III-IV
DURATION: 3 days

THE COURSE
IRF assessments are for professional rafting guides who want to advance their career by becoming a Trip Leader for commercial trips or rafting expeditions. To become certified as a Trip Leader, you must first pass the Rafting Guide assessment. It can be evaluated during the same course for both.
REQUIREMENTS
– Being over 18 years
– Complete 16-hour first aid course (including CPR basics)
– Letter of recommendation from a rafting company and an extensive resume as a rafting professional
– Complete 16-hour first aid course (including CPR basics)
– Letter of recommendation from a rafting company and an extensive resume as a rafting professional
SKILLS
Additionally, during the guide evaluation you will have accredited:
– Safety talk
– Guiding and passenger handling skills
– Flip handling
– Whitewater swimming

IRF SAFETY KAYAK EVALUATION CLASS II-III-IV
DURATION: 2 days

THE COURSE
IRF safety kayak assessments are for professional safety kayakers who have been working for rafting companies. To pass the evaluation, you will have to demonstrate your skills not only as a kayaker, but also as a rescuer in different scenarios.

– Have a minimum 8-hour first aid course (including the basics of CPR)
– Letter of recommendation from a rafting company
